Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes in our tyre company. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment and be skilled at building a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Manage the full recruitment process — from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires for plant, sales, and corporate roles.

Design and oversee employee training, skill development, and retention programs.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures fairly and effectively.

Develop and monitor key HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and performance outcomes.

Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits administration with the accounts department.

Conduct periodic performance appraisals and support management in goal setting and feedback.

Promote a positive and safe work environment within manufacturing units and corporate offices.

Lead HR initiatives for workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tyre, automotive, or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
