Sales-Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our tyre sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the dealer network, managing key accounts, and implementing effective sales strategies to strengthen our brand presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in both B2B and B2C segments.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.

  • Manage relationships with existing dealers, retailers, and fleet customers.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.

  • Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review.

  • Ensure effective pricing, discount structures, and credit control policies are implemented.

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and build business relationships.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in tyre sales or the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of tyre products, market dynamics, and distribution channels.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
